Movement and relaxation
Children need movement and relaxation, as it promotes concentration.
At our school, we understand the importance of movement and relaxation for the concentration and well-being of children. That's why we intentionally incorporate periods of movement and relaxation into our school day. Breaks aren't just for eating; they also provide space for playing and resting.
Our schedule includes two generous breaks, one from 9:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. and another from 11:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Especially after the first break, it's important for us that the children have a small meal together in the classroom and can also engage in social interactions.
Additionally, depending on the needs, we incorporate short relaxation breaks and recovery periods during the school morning to ensure that our students learn and work in a balanced environment.
